Career Plans

My Career Plan for Students

The RTS My Career Plan provides middle and high school students the tools and processes to look at what is important to them in order to help them plan how to achieve their goals. Students will develop a career/continuing education plan. My Career Plan includes sections on identifying skills, interests and work values each student has that matches career/job goals, matches continuing education aspirations and matches the organization where he/she will work. Completing this workbook, electronic or print, will help students plan for, move toward and achieve the future they desire.

Personal Career Plans for Adults

RTS Personal Career Plans provide a process which includes tools, assessments and reflection exercises. Using the knowledge gained, including identification of skills and interests, concrete action steps will be developed. Use these steps to move forward in achieving goals. The plan has the option to update progress which allows for use of this plan now and for many years in the future.

This series of three workbooks guides students through the career development process with a focus on fostering individual strengths. The workbooks are No Stress Career Development for Teens: Self Discovery, No Stress Career Development for Teens: Career Exploration, and No Stress Career Development for Teens: Career Preparation. This series offers a process that builds a foundation for career goal development and career growth which leads to informed decisions and a more focused and a more focused and potentially successful and satisfying career/job experiences. Workplace Bullying and the Civility Solution

This Program is divided into two sessions: Recognizing and Confronting Bullying in the Workplace and Overcoming Workplace Bullying Through Civility.
