For more than 15 years, The International School of Protocol has provided etiquette and protocol training for business executives, corporations, politicians, municipal groups, schools, colleges and universities, outreach programs, at-risk adults and youth, teachers, teens, children, and individuals.  All programs are customizable and can be tailored to meet the needs of a business, group or individual.  Sessions take place at your site or at The International School of Protocol’s training facility.
For individuals who wish to teach etiquette, The International School of Protocol offers two teaching etiquette certification programs:  Teaching Etiquette to Adults and Business Professionals, and Teaching Etiquette to Children and Teens. The International School of Protocol also offers Teaching Etiquette to Young Children, and Mad about Manners: A Lifeskills Approach to the Teaching of Manners.

In 2014, The International School of Protocol collaborated with Ley and Associates to create Blind and Socially Savvy, a program designed to enhance and expand social skills, communication skills and employment related soft skills for blind and low vision students and adults. Blind and Socially Savvy workshops have been presented through the Louisiana Center for the Blind, Minnesota State Services for the Blind, Nebraska Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, New Mexico Commission for the Blind, and Virginia Rehabilitation Center for the Blind and Vision Impaired, among others. The International School of Protocol additionally has a sister company, Road To Success: Career Development Company (RTS Career Development).  This company was created by a coalition of business and education professionals who have many years of experience working in the areas of employment readiness and business skill development. RTS Programs and Products are used by non-profit and educational institutions such as: Jobs Housing and Recovery, Baltimore County Department of Social Services, Jewish Community Services, Y of Central Maryland, Sojourner-Douglass College, Paul's Place, Outreach Programs through the Enoch Pratt Free Library and The Children's Guild as well as over 70 high schools.
